Brina Klampfer is a Masters degree student in Theater directing at AGRFT, a Master of comparative literature and Head of Festival of Drama Writing ‘’Vzkrik’’. She has directed 5boys.com written by Simona Semenič, ‘’Others’’, ‘’Glej, Slim student’’, the latter also received two awards on festival ‘’Vizije 2016’’.

This year, Brina is directing a Master’s production in co-production with Slovensko Mladinsko gledališče titled Paloma, for which she also wrote a text. She also works as a dramaturge; she cooperates mostly with Tin Grabnar (Blody Smokers, Tartuffe, Lady from the sea, Martin Krpan).

She also initiated several independent projects within KUD Krik which she also manages.

Her projects mostly move on the border between dramatic, performative and physical. For the most part, she has been working with Simona Semenič, and her mentors at AGRFT are Tomi Janežič and Janez Janša. She also gained experience at the Via Negativa laboratory, lead by Bojan Jablanovec, and with Matjaž Pograjec, Vinko Möderndorfer, Branko Potočan, Sebastjan Starič and others.
